Lexington Visitor Center Digital Engagement

Explore, inspire, and share a piece of Lexington.

The digital engagement strategy was created within the Lexington Visitor Center experience. With a goal of using media to engage people in a more purposeful and impactful way, we analyzed and identified key moments within the physical experience design which lent themselves to interactivity. We found these moments to be relying heavily on context, sharing-based interactions, and moments to communicate a lot of information in a quick manner.

With this preliminary research, we came up with an action-based digital engagement strategy — to Explore, Inspire, and Share a piece or Lexington. Each action manifesting in a unique digital experience within the space, while complementing the functionalities and working together as a system.
